Shipping & Returns


Standard shipping within the U.S. is free. Expedited shipping is not included in Free Shipping. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of order receipt. In some cases, items may be on back-order. If that is the case, you will receive an email and have the option to cancel the order for a full refund.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you have a product of ours that you are unhappy with and it has not been opened, you can return it for a full refund less the cost of shipping. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days or you can contact Philips directly.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You may also contact us at 1-866-366-2590 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Include the RMA number inside the box on a piece of paper. Any returns without a RMA will incur a 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, use a quality shipper that offers insurance and a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
