If you have a product of ours that you are unhappy with and it has not been opened, you can return it for a full refund less the cost of shipping. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days or you can contact Philips directly.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at 1-866-366-2590 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Include the RMA number inside the box on a piece of paper. Any returns without a RMA will incur a 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, use a quality shipper that offers insurance and a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
