The Philips HeartStart SMART Pads II are designed to be used on Adults. They can also be used on infants and children with the Infant/Child Key. The Philips electrode pads are packaged in a plastic case which fits into the FRx semi-rigid carry case. These pads are disposable. 

Order an extra set of pads to keep your FRx AED in service after use. HeartStart Frx Pads are labeled with a use-by date of at least two years from date of manufacture.
